Magistraţii de la Tribunalul Bucureşti au decis, joi, ca Alin Anastasescu, unul dintre cei trei acţionari de la Club Colectiv, să rămână în arest preventiv.
Anastasescu obţinuse, luni, o decizia de plasare în arest la domiciliu, din partea magistraţilor de la Judecătoria Sectorului 4, însă procurorii de la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie au depus recurs. Iar magistraţii de la Tribunalul Bucureşti au admis recursul, au anulat decizia iniţială şi au decis, definitiv, ca Anastasescu să rămână în Arestul Central al Poliţiei Capitalei.
Interesant este că în cazul celorlalţi doi acţionari de la Club Colectiv scenariul a fost opus. Magistraţii de la Judecătoria Sectorului 4 au decis ca Paul Gancea şi Costin Mincu să rămână în arest preventiv, dar cei doi au depus recurs, iar magistraţii de la Tribunalul Bucureşti au schimbat decizia, astfel că Gancea şi Mincu se află de luni în arest la domiciliu.
Vă reamintim că oamenii legii consideră că cei trei acţionari ai Club Colectiv sunt principalii vinovaţi pentru tragedia care a curmat 63 de vieţi până acum. Procurorii susţin că Gancea, Mincu şi Anastasescu au încurajat suprapopularea localului la concertul din 30 octombrie al trupei Goodbye to Gravity şi au permis utilizarea de efecte pirotehnice, deşi ştiau că localul nu este pregătit pentru un astfel de spectacol.
