Premierul Nicolae Ciucă așteaptă publicarea în Monitorul Oficial deciziei de marți a CCR privind neconstituționalitatea instituirii obligativității purtării măștii sanitare pe stradă.
Ciucă a avertizat însă, la începutul ședinței de miercuri a Guvernului, că „formal, prevederile legale sunt în vigoare”, lăsând să se înțeleagă că românii riscă în continuare amenzi.
De altfel, în ultimele 24 de ore, polițiștii și jandarmii au aplicat 939 de amenzi, în valoare totală de 139.575 de lei, potrivit datelor transmise, miercuri, Grupul de Comunicare Strategică (GCS).
„Am să spun din capul locului că deciziile Curţii Constituţionale se vor executa. Avem în acest moment comunicatul şi trebuie să aşteptăm motivarea şi publicarea Deciziei, motiv pentru care, formal, prevederile legale sunt în vigoare”, a spus premierul.

Ciucă a precizat că a discutat cu ministrul Sănătăţii, Alexandru Rafila, pe acest subiect, ţinând cont că rata de infectare se menţine la un nivel ridicat.
Rafila a spus însă franc: Guvernul ar putea emite o nouă ordonanță privind obligativitatea purtării măștii pe stradă.
