Trupele ruse pregătesc luni, în a 12-a zi de invazie a Ucrainei, asaltul final asupra capitalei Kiev. Tot luni, ar urma să aibă loc a treia rundă de negocieri între delegațiile președinților Vladimir Putin și Volodimir Zelenski, după ce primele două au eșuat.
Moscova a anunţat, luni dimineață, că va accepta deschiderea mai multor culoare umanitare şi va instaura încetări ale focului locale pentru evacuarea civililor din Kiev şi din oraşele Harkov, Mariupol şi Sumî.
Încetarea focului va începe la ora 9.00. Însă Rusia a încălcat de fiecare dată armistițiul și a bombardat civilii, potrivit imaginilor publicate, inclusiv duminică, de autoritățile ucarinene.
Biroul preşedintelui ucrainean Zelenski a anunţat că sute de mii de ucraineni trebuie evacuaţi imediat din oraşele lor.
Numărul refugiaţilor se apropia de 1,5 milioane, duminică, iar 33.970 numai în această zi, în urma invaziei ruse în Ucraina, iar ONU a estimat că se va ajunge la 5 milioane de persoane.
Totodată, potrivit buletinului difuzat la primele ore ale dimineţii, Statul Major a informat că trupele ruse intenţionează să preia controlul total al oraşelor Irpin şi Bucea, aflate la mică distanţă de Kiev.
Trupele ruse mai „încearcă să obţină un avantaj tactic pentru a ajunge la periferia estică a Kievului, prin cartierele Brovarski şi Borispil”, se menţionează în buletin.
„Un număr relativ mare de echipament (militar) rusesc şi de trupe ruse sunt concentrate în apropierea Kievului”, a declarat la televiziunea ucraineană consilierul Ministerului de Interne, Vadim Denisenko, citat de ziarul online Ukrainska Pravda.
„Înţelegem că bătălia pentru Kiev este o bătălie-cheie (pe care o vom purta) în zilele următoare”, a adăugat el.
