Magistraţii de la Tribunalul Bucureşti au decis, luni, ca Alin Anastasescu, Paul Gancea şi Costin Mincu, cei trei patroni de la Club Colectiv, să fie lăsaţi sub control judiciar.
Afaceriştii se aflau în arest la domiciliu de la sfârşitul lunii decembrie, dar au solicitat control judiciar mizând pe ideea că au colaborat cu anchetatorii şi că nu mai pot influenţa evoluţia dosarului.
Magistraţii de la Judecătoria Sectorului 5 le-au oferit un răspuns favorabil, săptămâna trecută, şi, în ciuda contestaţiei depuse de procurori, magistraţii de la Tribunalul Bucureşti au menţinut decizia respectivă.
Astfel, după circa cinci luni petrecute în arest preventiv sau arest la domiciliu, patronii de la Club Colectiv sunt, practic, liberi, exceptând trei indicaţii: să se prezinte de câte două ori pe săptămână la sediul poliţiei de care aparţin, să se prezinte în faţa Instanţei sau la Parchet de câte ori sunt chemaţi şi să nu intre în contact cu cei implicaţi în dosar.
Vă reamintim că Alin Anastasescu, Paul Gancea şi Costin Mincu, cei trei patroni de la Club Colectiv, sunt acuzaţi de ucidere din culpă şi de vătămare corporală din culpă. Procurorii îi consideră principalii vinovaţi pentru tragedia din Club Colectiv, pentru că au încurajat folosirea materialelor pirotehnice şi prezenţa unui număr de spectatori mult peste capacitatea localului.
