Procurorii Direcţiei Naţionale Anticorupţie anunţă trimiterea în judecată, sub control judiciar pe cauţiune, a deputatului Lucian Manuel Ciubotaru.
Acesta este acuzat de complicitate la trafic de influenţă într-un dosar în care mai este implicat medicul legist băcăuan Marcel Bădără, trimis în judecată, de asemenea sub control judiciar pe cauţiune, pentru trafic de influenţă.
Conform procurorilor DNA, “la data de 15 februarie 2016, inculpatul Ciubotaru Lucian, deputat în Parlamentul României, la solicitarea unui coleg de partid, a luat legătura cu medicul legist Bădără Marcel şi i-a solicitat acestuia să intervină pe lângă angajaţi ai Serviciului de Medicină Legală Bacău pentru ca aceştia să consemneze pe un buletin de analiză toxicologică a alcoolemiei, valori situate sub 0,80 g/l alcool pur în sânge, lucru cu care legistul a fost de acord.
Buletinul de analize respectiv îl privea pe un prieten al colegului de partid din care făcea parte şi Ciubotaru Lucian. La data de 12/13 februarie 2016, persoana respectivă fusese oprită în trafic de organele de poliţie şi testată cu aparatul etilotest, rezultând o concentraţie de 0.52 mg/l alcool pur în aerul expirat. Pentru a fi emis acel buletin, în condiţiile arătate mai sus, inculpatul Bădără Marcel a pretins suma de 1.000 euro, afirmând că aceasta va fi remisă către doi angajaţi ai Serviciului de Medicină Legală Bacău, primind în aceeaşi zi, prin intermediul inculpatului Ciubotaru Lucian, suma de 4.500 lei”.
Dosarul a fost trimis spre judecare către magistraţii de la Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie.
