Procurorii Direcţiei Naţionale Anticorupţie anunţă, vineri, trimiterea în judecată a lui Marius Mihai Vingerzan, fost director al Casei de Cultură a Sindicatelor Sibiu.
Vingerzan a fost trimis în judecată în stare de arest preventiv, fiind acuzat de luare de mită.
Conform procurorilor DNA, “în perioada 2015-2016, inculpatul Vingerzan Marius Mihai, în calitate de director al Casei de Cultură a Sindicatelor Sibiu, a pretins de la un om de afaceri (martor denunţător) suma totală de 20.000 euro din care a primit, în tranşe, sumele de 5.500 euro şi 2.000 lei, în legătură cu îndeplinirea atribuţiilor de serviciu privind:
– încheierea, în cursul anului 2015, a unui contract de închiriere între Casa de Cultură a Sindicatelor Sibiu şi firma omului de afaceri pentru o chirie lunară modică (500 euro/lună) raportat la dimensiunile spaţiului precum şi poziţionarea acestuia,
– efectuarea demersurilor necesare pentru încheierea unui act adiţional prin care a fost prelungită durata iniţială a contractului de la 10 ani la 20 de ani, în sensul obţinerii avizului Asociaţiei Naţionale a Caselor de Cultură a Sindicatelor din România (din care face parte şi Casa de Cultură a Sindicatelor Sibiu).
În acelaşi context, la data de 12 aprilie 2016, inculpatul Vingerzan Marius Mihai a primit de la omul de afaceri o altă tranşă în sumă de 5.000 euro, ocazie cu care s-a procedat la constatarea infracţiunii flagrante.
În cauză, a fost dispusă măsura asigurătorie a sechestrului unui imobil ce aparţine inculpatului Vingerzan Marius Mihai”.
Dosarul va fi judecat de magistraţii de la Tribunalul Sibiu, procurorii solicitând ca Vingerzan să rămână în arest preventiv.
