Procurorii Direcţiei Naţionale Anticorupţie – Serviciul Teritorial Oradea anunţă, joi, trimiterea în judecată, în stare de libertate, a inculpatului Vasile Ofimiaş.
Acesta a fost director al Departamentului Dezvoltare, Investiţii şi Achiziţii din cadrul Administraţiei Naţionale „Apele Române” şi este acuzat de comiterea a două infracţiuni de luare de mită, ambele în formă continuată, şi spălare de bani, în formă continuată.
Alături de el au fost trimişi în judecată Eugen Laurean Popa, reprezentant al unei societăţi comerciale, Ioan Ciocan şi Maria Angela Ciocan, ambii administratori ai SC River Shore SRL, Gheorghe Fedorca, dar şi compania SC River Shore SRL ca persoană juridică.
Popa este acuzat de comiterea infracţiunii de dare de mită, în formă continuată. Ioan Ciocan şi Maria Angela Ciocan sunt acuzaţi de comiterea a două infracţiuni de complicitate la luare de mită, ambele în formă continuată, şi spălare de bani în formă continuată.
Fedorca este acuzat de comiterea infracţiunii de complicitate la luare de mită, în formă continuată. Compania SC River Shore SRL este acuzată, ca persoană juridică, de comiterea a două infracţiuni de complicitate la luare de mită, ambele în formă continuată, şi spălare de bani, în formă continuată.
Conform procurorilor DNA, “în perioada 2009-2011, inculpatul Ofimiaş Vasile, în calitate de director al Departamentului Dezvoltare, Investiţii şi Achiziţii din cadrul Administraţiei Naţionale „Apele Române”, beneficiind de ajutorul celorlalţi inculpaţi, în mod repetat, a primit de la doi oameni de afaceri, printre care şi inculpatul Popa Eugen Laurean, următoarele:
– suma totală de 6.450.888 lei, prin intermediul societăţii paravan S.C. River Shore S.R.L.,
– un autoturism marca Volvo (în valoare de 43.999 euro),
– un teren în suprafaţă de 8.800 mp. situat în localitatea Budureasa, jud. Bihor, în valoare de 82.000 lei,
– suma de 2.361.314 lei, prin intermediul aceleiaşi societăţi comerciale.
Foloasele respective au fost primite de inculpatul Ofimiaş Vasile pentru ca, în exerciţiul atribuţiilor de serviciu:
– să susţină în cadrul comisiei tehnico-economice reactualizarea devizului general pentru obiectivul de investiţii „Acumulare pe râul Mara la Runcu”, judeţul Maramureş.
– să-l informeze pe inculpatul Popa Eugen Laurean despre nivelul alocărilor financiare şi stadiul în care se află acestea, precum şi să sprijine societatea comercială reprezentată de acesta în obţinerea de contracte de execuţie lucrări, prin încredinţare directă, în contextul eforturilor de înlăturare a efectelor inundaţiilor din anul 2010,
– să supravegheze, să urgenteze şi să avizeze întocmirea documentaţiilor necesare fundamentării proiectului unei hotărâri de guvern, prin care să se aprobe alocarea sumelor de bani necesare finanţării lucrărilor de consolidare şi reprofilare a râului Timiş în anul 2010,
– să-l informeze pe reprezentantul unei societăţi comerciale despre nivelul alocărilor financiare şi stadiul în care se află acestea.
Pentru a disimula adevărata provenienţă a sumei de 8.812.202,56 lei remisă cu titlu de mită, S.C. River Shore S.R.L. a emis 12 facturi fiscale care au fost achitate inculpatului Ofimiaş Vasile de oamenii de afaceri, pretinşii beneficiari ai “serviciilor”.
În acelaşi context, în perioada 06.06.2011 – 19.12.2014, inculpatul Ofimiaş Vasile a dispus utilizarea sumei totale de 4.153.996,90 lei şi 62.000 euro pentru achiziţionarea de case, terenuri, autovehicule şi alte bunuri, cunoscând că sumele de bani provin din săvârşirea unor infracţiuni, în scopul ascunderii originii lor ilicite”.
Dosarul va fi judecat de magistraţii de la Tribunalul Satu Mare.
