Tudorel Toader, ministrul Justiției, a anunțat public, joi seara, că solicită revocarea din funcție a Laurei Codruța Kovesi, șefa Direcției Naționale Anticorupție.
Ultimul cuvânt în această problemă îl are președintele Klaus Iohannis. Iar acesta, după cum ne-a obișnuit, nu se va grăbi să ia o decizie, deși și-a manifestat în mai multe rânduri susținerea față de șefa DNA.
Totuși, Iohannis a recunoscut că raportul prezentat de Tudorel Toader “este lipsit de claritate” și a anunțat că “Administrația Prezidențială va face o analiză aprofundată a documentului prezentat”.
Iohannis dă asigurări că “mi-am exprimat în repetate rânduri opinia că Direcția Națională Anticorupție și conducerea DNA fac o treabă foarte bună, poziție pe care o mențin. Voi uza de toate prerogativele mele constituționale pentru asigurarea funcționării unei justiții independente și pentru consolidarea statului de drept”.
