Zeci de agenţi de la Direcţia Generală de Poliţie a Municipiului Bucureşti şi procurori de la Parchetul de pe lângă Tribunalul Bucureşti participă, joi, la 11 percheziţii efectuate pe raza judeţului Giurgiu.
Misiunea oamenilor legii este de a destructura o grupare specializată în evaziune fiscală şi spălare de bani, infracţiuni comise în legătură cu comercializarea fierului vechi.
Conform poliţiştilor, “din datele şi probele administrate în cauză rezultă presupunerea rezonabilă că mai multe persoane de pe raza judeţului Giurgiu, în perioada 2013 – 2014, au conceput şi implementat un mecanism de sustragere de la îndeplinirea obligaţiilor fiscale, constând în livrarea către o societate comercială (colector), cu sediul în Bucureşti, a unor cantităţi impresionate de deşeuri metalice feroase şi neferoase, folosind în acest scop mai multe societăţi comerciale cu comportament tip “fantomă”, administrate scriptic de persoane cu o situaţie materială precară.
Astfel, în numele acestor societăţi comerciale cu comportament de tip “fantomă” au fost facturate în mod fraudulos către societatea colectoare deşeuri metalice feroase şi neferoase, cu consecinţa încasării în conturile bancare, de la aceasta din urmă, a sumelor reprezentând contravaloarea “mărfurilor facturate”, a retragerii lor integrale în numerar de către persoanele împuternicite pe aceste conturi (în baza unor borderouri fictive de achiziţie “fier vechi”) şi a predării lor către persoanele care au folosit “serviciile” societăţilor comerciale cu comportament tip “fantomă”.
11 suspecţi de evaziune fiscală şi spălare de bani vor fi duşi la audieri la sediul Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalităţii Economice din cadrul Direcţiei Generale de Poliţie a Municipiului Bucureşti. De remarcat că prejudiciul total adus bugetului de stat, constând în impozitul aferent veniturilor încasate de persoanele sus-menţionate, este în valoare de aproximativ 6.500.000 lei, iar suma totală rezultată din circuitul de “spălare a banilor” este de aproximativ 40.400.000 lei.
