Procurorii Direcţiei Naţionale Anticorupţie – Serviciul Teritorial Bacău anunţă, joi, trimiterea în judecată, în stare de libertate, a lui Iulian Boghean.
Boghean a fost director al echipei de fotbal Ceahlăul Piatra Neamţ şi personajul prin intermediul căruia Gheorghe Ştefan Pinalty, fostul primar al municipiului Piatra Neamţ, a comis toate manevrele ilegale pentru devalizarea grupării moldave.
Boghean a fost trimis în judecată pentru trafic de influenţă. Alături de el a fost trimis în judecată şi Marian Nicorici Iftimie, director general al Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe, acuzat, de asemenea, de comiterea infracţiunii de trafic de influenţă.
Conform procurorilor DNA, “în cursul anului 2010, inculpatul Iftimie-Nicorici Marian, în calitate de director al Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe şi inculpatul Boghean Iulian, director în cadrul SC FC CEAHLĂUL SA Piatra Neamţ, i-au pretins administratorului unei societăţi comerciale să remită către SC FC CEAHLĂUL SA Piatra Neamţ un procentaj de 5% din valoarea sumelor pe care societatea urma să le încaseze de la Agenţia Naţională pentru Locuinţe, în baza contractelor privind construirea unor imobile/locuinţe aflate în derulare.
Inculpatul Iftimie-Nicorici Marian a promis, în schimb, că va interveni pe lângă funcţionarii din subordine pentru ca plăţile către respectiva societate comercială să nu fie întârziate.
Ca urmare a acestei solicitări, la data de 6 septembrie 2010, între SC FC CEAHLĂUL SA Piatra Neamţ (în care Boghean Iulian îndeplinea funcţia de director de marketing) în calitate de prestator şi o firmă administrată de aceeaşi persoană căreia i se ceruse sponsorizarea, în calitate de beneficiar, a fost încheiat un contract având ca obiect servicii de reclamă şi publicitate în valoare de 112.900 euro.
În temeiul acestui contract, în perioada 1 octombrie 2010 – 27 decembrie 2010, beneficiarul a plătit suma totală de 61.709,96 lei în temeiul a două facturi fiscale ce atestau servicii care în realitate nu au fost prestate”.
Dosarul va fi judecat de magistraţii de la Tribunalul Neamţ.
