Elena Udrea, fostul ministru al Dezvoltării, a fost chemată în Ajun de Crăciun la sediul din Bucureşti al Direcţiei Naţionale Anticorupţie (DNA), pentru a primi o veste mare.
Din fericire pentru ea, nu este vorba despre un alt dosar sau arestare preventivă. Procurorii i-au adus la cunoştinţă că măsura controlului judiciar i-a fost prelungită cu încă 60 de zile.
Nici nu mai contează în care din cele 4 dosare i s-a prelungit controlul judiciar (dar ca să fim precişi, este vorba despre ultimul, în care a primit mită pentru a influenţa, în calitate de ministru al Dezvoltării, obţinerea unor contracte cu statul de către un “băiat” deştept din domeniul energiei).
Trebuie spus că măsura îi expira în 30 decembrie iar procurorii au vrut să rezolve din timp prelungirea controlului judiciar – care priveşte, în special, interzicerea contactului cu ceilalţi inculpaţi din dosar.
Elena Udrea a fost plasată sub control judiciar după ce a oferit garanţii pentru o cauţiune de 5 milioane de lei. Cum nu deţinea banii necesari, întreaga avere fiindu-i pusă sub sechestru, i-a sărit în ajutor un dezvoltator imobiliar la care ea deţine acţiuni. Astfel, acesta a garantat cauţiunea cu două imobile estimate la suma amintită.
