Mihai Tudose a fost aprobat de președintele României, Klaus Iohannis, drept noul prim-ministru al țării.
Tudose încă nu și-a desemnat oficial echipa și nu a mers cu ea în Parlament pentru a obține votul de învestire, însă liderii Partidului Social Democrat vorbesc deja despre înlăturarea lui Tudose ca premier.
Nicolae Bădălău, președintele executiv al PSD, a precizat că până la sfârșitul anului va avea loc o primă evaluare a guvernului Tudose și că nu este exclusă o înlăturare a acestui guvern.
Motivul invocat este că “nu vom tolera și nu vom ține un Guvern care să nu ducă la îndeplinire programul de guvernare și care să împiedice dezvoltarea României”.
Mai mult, Bădălău recunoaște că “am riscat în momentul în care am mizat pe moțiunea depusă împotriva lui Grindeanu, dar am mai spus-o și atunci. Cu riscul de a trece în opoziție, nu acceptam ca guvernul Grindeanu să rămână pe poziții”.
