După negocieri îndelungate, conducerea PNL a bătut palma cu Alianța USR PLUS pentru candidații comuni la cele 7 primării din București: Primăria Capitalei și primăriile celor 6 ectoar e.
Înțelegerea nu vizează și Consiliul General al Municipiului București (CGMB) și consiile locale, părțile având liste separate de consilieri.
PMP a fost lăsat cu ochii-n soare, pe motiv că, în Consiliul General și în cele de sectoare, consilierii partidului înființat de Traian Băsescu au votat cot la cot cu PSD-iștii Gabrielei Firea și ai primarilor de sector.
Astfel, USR PLUS va avea candidaţi la sectoarele 1, 2 şi 4, iar PNL la 3, 5 şi 6.
La Sectorul 1 va candida Clotilde Armand (USR), Sectorul 2 – Radu Mihai (USR), Sectorul 3 – Adrian Moraru (PNL), Sectorul 4 – Simona Spătaru (PLUS), Sectorul 5 – Cristian Băcanu (PNL) şi Sectorul 6 – Ciprian Ciucu (PNL).
Viceprimar al Capitalei, din partea USR-PLUS, va fi Vlad Voiculescu, fostul ministru al Sănătății în Guvernul Cioloș.
Liderul PNL, Ludovic Orban, a declarat, sâmbătă după-amiază, alături de Nicușor Dan, după şedinţa Biroului Permanent Naţional al partidului:
„Am validat înţelegerea unei colaborări loiale cu partenerii de la USR PLUS şi, de asemenea, am validat atât candidaţii Partidului Naţional Liberal, cât şi candidaţii USR PLUS la primăriile de sector. De asemenea, am decis susţinerea pentru Primăria Capitalei a candidatului independent Nicuşor Dan”.
Apoi, PNL și alianța USR PLUS și-au prezentat oficial candidații comuni.
